Vallenkor is the third floor of SAO:B. Teleportation access is acquired through defeating the Kobold King boss of Agnaroth Plains Dungeon, however it only counts if you deal at least 20% of the damage to theKobold King, without death.
Vallenkor is one of the most infamous floor for PK'ing.
